We pass through the Meta conversation cost (marketing, utility, authentication, service — each priced by Meta) and add a thin platform fee. Most customers pay within industry-standard rates when you account for template quality, delivery, and analytics we run on top.

Are there any per-seat or per-agent fees?

No per-seat pricing for inbound agents on paid plans. Outbound campaign seats are bundled with platform tier. If you run 500 inbound agents across a BPO book, you are billed on conversations handled and minutes consumed — not on how many people are logged in.

No setup fee for Starter. Growth onboarding includes a dedicated onboarding manager for 4 weeks — this is bundled, not extra. Enterprise setup depends on integrations and compliance work; we scope it transparently before signing.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. Starter → Growth is a paperwork change, usually same-day. Growth → Enterprise takes longer because of infra provisioning and contracts, typically 2–4 weeks. You never lose data or configuration on tier changes.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Starter is pay-as-you-go with no minimum. Growth has a monthly floor that kicks in after the first pilot month. Enterprise runs on a contractual term agreed up front — usually 12 months with volume commitments.
